This is a Mega Raichu Fan Art design I drew and designed myself, along with a additional tail, I added black fur that acts just like a thunder storm cloud, to store and increase energy, I also switched the brown and yellow on Raichu, and added thunder bolts around the limbs, this way he looks like he could be his very own thunder storm! ~RaiZhuW
