Description:
I decided to do Mega Noctowl for this contest, as you can see I really themed it off of Hoothoot, adding the clock theme from Hoothoot to Noctowl, and this is what I came up with! I wanted to make him look more Psychic looking, whats better than a floating gem between the mask and a clock that actually slowly moves on it's belly lol! The body size hasn't changed, but the mask and tail has grown almost twice their size, I played with both Noctowl & Hoothoot's colors to make this design!
